Absolutely. If you come on your own to Wellnergy you get to set your own schedule and you won’t have to cater to anyone else’s tastes.

Whether you want to spend the whole day in our Fitness Tent working up a sweat in the different classes, or you want to fully investigate our FitPro and Exhibitor area of the festival, you can run your own time!

We have lots of other solo festival goers, so you are bound to meet new people with similar interests throughout the day!

Unfortunately there is no guest parking on site.

Please enter from Wimbledon Home Park Road and head towards the watersports centre. You will then see the Main Entrance!

We have a dedicated Children’s Area run by BEAM Academy where you can drop your little ones off so that you can enjoy the workshops yourself.

We also have Happy Little Humans running mindset play-shops and JiggleFiit offering dance classes for kids on the day!

Those under 16 will need to enter with an appropriate adult over 18 years old.

Those above 16 will need a photographic ID to prove their age. This must have a clear photograph and your Date of Birth on it.

Accepted forms of ID include a Passport, a Full or Provisional Driver’s Licence, Citizen’s Card, Yoti Digital Age Verification, Student Card, Young Person’s Travel Card, or a Home Office approved PASS Card.

Entry to our events is at the discretion of venue management, so if you do not hold a valid form of photographic I.D. we highly recommend applying for one using the links below to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately we can’t allow food to be brought onsite for health and safety reasons, but you can bring safe drinking water or re-usable bottles for water. We will also provide lots of free drinking water as well as sustainably sourced and packaged commercial water.

We also have some amazing drinks brands offering alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks.

Our food vendors will also be catering for all; there will be vegan, halal, and plain food options available for anyone with dietary requirement. And they will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Whilst all classes, workshops and speaker sessions are included within the ticket price, if you fancy trying some food/drinks or buying some products from our amazing exhibitors, you will need some money for this.

Our bars are card only, but the rest of our vendors can accept both.

Yes, of course! We would love to hear from you. Please click here to contact us to tell us a bit more about you and your brand.

The dress code is sports wear for the fitness enthusiasts, or creative festival vibes for the music goers! Bonus points if you can fuse the two into one! The main thing is that you feel comfortable!

Doors open at 08:30, but if you want to beat the crowd get there earlier! We will be open until 21:00 so you will have plenty of time to see your favorite experts and to discover new wellness trends!

Absolutely! Wellnergy is hosted on flat terrain and we have designed the venue and event to be very free-flowing, with little barriers to movement.

We will also have neurodiversity inclusive areas at both our festivals this year, where neurodivergent attendees can be supported by trained members of staff and sensory equipment.

They certainly can! Please email and we’ll get this processed for you .

Unfortunately as a blanket policy relating to safety concerns, crowd management, and potential issues with waste disposal, we cannot allow dogs at our festival.
